Soylent Green is people! It’s people! <– RIP to an acting legend

Unfortunately, I’m incapable of sleeping right now, and I have a lot on my mind so I can’t seem to get any school work done. I have watched maybe three or four movies this weekend, I’ve been extremely lazy this weekend but managed to get some work done.

(revisit) Hot Fuzz – 6.5/10 <- I absolutely love this movie, it’s hysterical and is a perfect homage to American action films. If you missed this movie last year, definitely check it out.

(revisit) Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story – 4.5/10 <- Extremely hilarious, must-see comedy.

Cotton: It appears that Average Joe’s is forfeiting the final match. Pepper: That’s a bold strategy, Cotton. Let’s see if it pays off.”

Get Carter (1971) – 8.5/10 <- Had to watch this for class, I really enjoyed it and will probably watch it again tomorrow night. After seeing this, it made me realize how weak the remake is.

Sorry for the short reviews, it won’t happen next time.

On a different side of things, I’d like to update you on a couple things going on in my life. These next two weeks will be absolute hell for me as far as school goes.

Movie summer starts in just a few weeks here’s May’s list.

May 2 – Iron Man

May 9 – Speed Racer

May 16 – Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian

May 29 – Sex and the City (for Katherine)

And there’s still June, July, and August left! My three most anticipated from those months are The Incredible Hulk, The Dark Knight, and Pineapple Express. I have this feeling that Pineapple Express will be a comedy for the ages, but we will have to see.

Here’s a couple pictures for fun, the first being a picture of me from Sunday night, and the last two of me being a nerd instead of doing work tonight.

I would like to include one of Dr. Cox’s inspiring speeches from Scrubs that I really liked today.

Thank you so much for reading!
